Description

This notice announces the opportunity to apply for State and Regional Primary Care Association (PCA) Cooperative Agreements funding to provide training and technical assistance (T/TA) to existing and potential Health Center Program award recipients and look-alikes1 (hereafter referred to as health centers). The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) seeks to fund up to 52 organizations to provide T/TA to support health centers to provide comprehensive, high quality primary health care and improve the health of individuals and communities, through the following goals: • Increase access to comprehensive primary care; • Accelerate value-based care delivery; • Foster a workforce to address current and emerging needs; • Enhance emergency preparedness and response; and • Advance clinical quality and performance. Eligible applicants include domestic public or private, non-profit, or for-profit entities that can provide T/TA to organizations that have or are seeking Health Center Program funding or look-alike designation. Faith-based organizations, tribes, and tribal organizations are eligible to apply for PCA funding. New organizations and organizations currently receiving funding as PCAs under Section 330(l) may submit applications.
