Description

The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (P.L. 117-2) (ARPA) appropriated additional funds to enable Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting (MIECHV) Program recipients to address the needs of expectant parents and families with young children during the COVID-19 public health emergency. The purpose of the MIECHV Program is to support the delivery of coordinated and comprehensive high-quality and voluntary early childhood home visiting services to eligible families.
